FAAM Weather Radar ARINC708 conversion

Description:

This data is a netCDF representation of the raw weather data from the ARINC 708 databus on the FAAM aircraft. Some minor processing has taken place to decode scan angle, tilt, range and gain, and latitude, longitude and altitude have been added from the core data.
